1、 Main technical features

1. Desktop structure, microcontroller control, stepper motor drive, color touch screen operation, injected with intelligent control elements.

2. Using a single-chip microprocessor as the main controller to achieveIntelligent and automated testing process for asphalt fracture performance.

3. Adopting an 800 × 480 color LCD touch screen, the input and output of experimental information are completed through the touch screen.

4. The color LCD touch screen displays real-time test tension, displacement, and temperature parameters, automatically calculates the values of failure stress and strain at the end of the test, and displays the test results on the display screen.

5. The temperature balance system is composed of a double compressor stacked combination and a heater component, which automatically controls the test temperature and meets the requirementsLow temperature conditions required for asphalt fracture performance testing.
