The surface of the spindle tube is subjected to high-frequency hardening treatment, plated with hard chromium, and precision ground. High precision grade 7207CP4 spindle bearings, with wear-resistant plates (Turcite-B) attached to the front, rear, left, and right (X-axis) slides. The X-axis is a dovetail groove slide (3HG model), the X-axis is a dovetail groove slide, and the Y-axis is a square slide (4HG model).
