Due to its modular design philosophy, ACCURA is capable of meeting future measurement needs. It can continuously grow according to your needs for measuring equipment, probes, and software. ACCURA pre sets cables for contact and optical probes as well as scanning modules, allowing for immediate operation with multiple probes.

Lighter weight and faster speed

The ACCURA bridge adopts steel and aluminum structures, which have excellent rigidity and reduce weight. The CARAT coating on aluminum components ensures stability under various temperature conditions. The integrated design can reduce weight and achieve better dynamic performance.

The temperature range is 20-26 ℃

ACCURA bridge CMM adopts foam thermal insulation material, which is derived from new high-quality thermal insulation technology. The insulation layer can achieve good insulation effect at the minimum thickness. Therefore, users can use the machine in measurement laboratories with temperatures ranging from 20-26 ℃.

Maintain a convenient design concept

Only a few steps are needed to remove or reinstall the panels on the bridge. It can reduce maintenance time and increase the available time of the measuring machine.

Accurate to every detail

The ACCURA series of platform designs ensure sufficient measurement space, while excellent design is sufficient to ensure the accuracy of every measurement detail.

VAST navigator

The ACCURA measuring machine adopts VAST navigator technology, which greatly improves the speed of scanning measurement and calibration while enhancing measurement accuracy.

High dynamic optional package

After being equipped with the high dynamic optional package, ACCURA can transform into a high-speed measuring machine. The movement speed can reach up to 800 mm/s. Due to the high measurement speed, additional protective measures need to be taken in the measurement area of the measuring machine. The laser scanner can monitor the protective zone around the measuring machine. Once personnel enter the safe zone, ACCURA will automatically shut down. After confirming that there are no abnormalities in the safe zone, the measuring machine will automatically restart the high-speed measurement mode. This security technology is included in the high dynamic optional package.
